Our academic partnership
Through its affiliation with Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University (PSB University), Cambodia, IACE aims to expand access to higher education in Sri Lanka, creating opportunities for students to pursue academic and professional development.
Established on July 24, 2007, PSB University has grown from its origins as a Buddhist educational institution in Phnom Penh into a multidisciplinary university. Founded under the guidance of His Holiness Samdech Preah Moha Sanghareach Bour Kry, the university is rooted in the values of knowledge, compassion, and academic excellence.
Today, its academic disciplines span four faculties, covering education, philosophy, law, languages, and information technology. This academic heritage complements IACE's vision of making meaningful educational opportunities accessible to aspiring learners in Sri Lanka.
